Linda Paradis Group operate this Business/website to inform and educate the research community, provide a forum for communication, Trainings as well as to sell Products to the community. The following terms and conditions apply to customers (“BUYERS”) who purchase the Products.
Upon the time of ordering to purchase the Products, you accept and agree to all of the Terms and conditions, wherever applicable and agree to be bound by all applicable international, national, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Linda Paradis Group reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions including the right to block access from a particular Internet address or user to any website operated by Linda Paradis Group.
Terms & Conditions
- Teaching and reselling of products is not allowed.
- Names and logos are trademark registered; modifications are strictly prohibited.
- In order to attend the Physical Class, it is mandatory to book refundable and exchangeable tickets and hotel stays. Otherwise, whatever the reason for cancellation of class we will not be responsible for any loss of money.
- The warranty period will be one year which will start from the date of purchase of the product.
- Consumable items such as solutions, Aftercare, and cleansing pads are not part of the warranty.
- Items found Physically damaged/ tempered and out of warranty period shall not be valid for claim.
- Items found as defective and under warranty shall be replaced as per Company policy.
- All the rights and ownership of our products are protected by European and American Patents worldwide.
- Cancellation, suspension, or modifications in the order by the customer is possible until the shipment is sent.
- Quality assurance provisions applicable to the product(s) specified herein shall be in accordance with Seller´s standard practices and procedures.
- Shipment dates are approximate and are not guaranteed. The sender shall not be liable for delays in delivery due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
- Liability for all taxes and import or export duties, imposed by any city, state, federal, or other governmental authority, shall be assumed and paid by the buyer. Buyer further agrees to indemnify the seller against any and all liabilities for such taxes or duties and legal fees or costs incurred by the seller in connection therewith.
- Magnetic needles are exclusively to be used with our non-acidic solution. Our Company is not responsible for in case of any use of other saline acid products or other products that may burn and make scars on the skin.
- In order to attend the Physical Class, it is mandatory to book Refundable and Exchangeable Ticket and hotel stay. Otherwise, whatever the reason for cancellation of class we will not be responsible for any loss of money.
Order Acceptance
The Contract between Linda Paradis Group (sometimes here referred to as “SELLER”) and the BUYER is created when an order is accepted by BUYER, either through receipt of written confirmation, or by submission of a purchase order, or by SELLER shipping product based on a purchase order, or by SELLER initiating an action to provide BUYER with the products or services that have been ordered and BUYER is deemed to have accepted these terms. All sales are subject to and expressly conditioned upon the terms and conditions contained herein. No variation of these terms and conditions will be binding upon Linda Paradis Group unless agreed to in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Linda Paradis Group.
Standard Orders
No minimum order quantity is required unless specifically noted in the catalog. Changes or modifications should be made before sending the products via shipment. Any changes in the original order after shipment may incur additional shipping charges.
E-Dermis Magnetic ink extractor is always sold with Magnetic needles and a professional kit. As per our technique, it is mandatory to use it with our specially formulated Aftercare and other products informed during the training course.
Pricing
Prices of our products are fixed and will be provided in the shape of an order form whenever requested. There is no variation in the price unless there is a special condition or promotion offered by Linda Paradis Group.
Payment Terms
Payment terms at Linda Paradis Group are 100% payment as advance. Also, we offer split payments on personal requests.
Payment Options
In order to provide facilitative services, we provide the option of making payments via Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Stripe. Bank Charges or transaction fee mush be paid by the Buyer.
Indemnification
BUYER agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Linda Paradis Group and its employees, agents, successors, officers, and assigns, from any suits, losses, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney and accounting fees) that Linda Paradis may sustain or incur as a result of any claim against Linda Paradis Group based upon negligence, breach of warranty, strict liability in tort, contract, or any other theory of law brought by customer, their officers, agents, employees, successors or assigns, or by customer’s customers, by any end users, by auxiliary personnel (such as freight handlers, etc.) or by other third parties, arising out of, directly or indirectly, the use of the Products, or by reason of customer’s failure to perform their obligations contained herein..
Governing Law
All disputes as to the legality, interpretation, application, or performance of this order or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws including its conflict of laws principles.
Products are sold to professionals only
Linda Paradis Group always provides the products to professionals only who received training from Linda Paradis Group. Selling of products is prohibited to individuals or non-professionals who does not fit up to the required criteria.
Magnetic needles are meant to be used exclusively with our non-acidic solution. But if this protocol is not followed, and our Magnetic needles are used with other products like saline, acid, etc. Skin may burn or scars will appear. We will not be responsible for these results.
Linda Paradis Group
Linda Paradis Group operates this business and its associated digital platforms for the purposes of informing and educating the professional research community, facilitating industry communications, providing training programmes, and supplying specialist products. The following Terms and Conditions govern all transactions with customers ("Buyers") who purchase products or services from Linda Paradis Group ("Seller"). By placing an order, Buyers confirm their acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Linda Paradis Group reserves the right to pursue all remedies available at law and in equity for any violation of these Terms and Conditions, including, without limitation, the right to restrict or block access from any Internet address or user to any platform operated by Linda Paradis Group.
1. General Terms
- The resale or instructional use of any Linda Paradis Group product is strictly prohibited.
- All names, logos, and branding associated with Linda Paradis Group are registered trademarks. Modification, reproduction, or unauthorised use of any such marks is strictly prohibited.
- All intellectual property rights and ownership pertaining to Linda Paradis Group products are protected under both European and American patents and applicable international intellectual property law.
- Products are sold exclusively to qualified professionals who have received certified training from Linda Paradis Group. Sales to individuals who do not meet this criterion are not permitted.
2. Order Acceptance
A binding contract between Linda Paradis Group and the Buyer is formed upon acceptance of an order. Acceptance may be evidenced by written confirmation, submission of a purchase order, shipment of product by the Seller, or initiation of any action by the Seller to provide the ordered products or services. All sales are subject to and expressly conditioned upon the terms contained herein. No amendment to these Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon Linda Paradis Group unless agreed to in writing and signed by an authorised representative of the Company.
3. Standard Orders
Unless otherwise specified, no minimum order quantity is required. Any changes or modifications to an order must be submitted prior to dispatch. Alterations made after shipment has been initiated may result in additional shipping charges. The E-Dermis Magnetic Ink Extractor is sold exclusively as part of a complete professional kit inclusive of magnetic needles. In accordance with established application protocols, use of the Seller's specially formulated Aftercare and ancillary products — as specified during training — is mandatory.
4. Pricing
Product prices are fixed and will be provided via an official order form upon request. Prices remain constant unless a special promotional offer is expressly communicated by Linda Paradis Group.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment in advance is required for all orders. Split-payment arrangements may be accommodated upon individual request. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, and Stripe. Any applicable bank or transaction fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
6. Warranty
- All products carry a one (1) year limited warranty commencing from the date of purchase.
- Consumable items — including solutions, Aftercare products, and cleansing pads — are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Products that have been physically damaged, tampered with, or have exceeded the warranty period are not eligible for warranty claims.
- Defective products that fall within the warranty period will be replaced in accordance with the Company's standard replacement policy.
7. Cancellations, Modifications & Shipment
- Cancellations, suspensions, or modifications to an order may be requested at any time prior to dispatch.
- Shipment dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Seller shall not be liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Quality assurance standards applicable to the products shall be governed by the Seller's standard practices and procedures.
8. Physical Training Classes
Attendance at any physical training class organised by Linda Paradis Group requires the Buyer to independently arrange and book fully refundable and exchangeable travel tickets and hotel accommodation in advance. Linda Paradis Group accepts no liability for any financial loss incurred by the Buyer in the event of class cancellation, regardless of the reason.
9. Taxes, Duties & Import/Export Charges
The Buyer assumes full responsibility for, and agrees to pay, all taxes, customs duties, and import or export charges levied by any governmental authority in connection with a purchase. The Buyer further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller against any liabilities arising from such taxes or duties, including any associated legal fees or costs.
10. Product Use Compliance
Magnetic needles supplied by Linda Paradis Group are designed for exclusive use with the Company's proprietary non-acidic solution. Use of magnetic needles in conjunction with any other substances — including saline, acid-based, or third-party products — may result in skin burns or scarring. Linda Paradis Group expressly disclaims all liability for adverse outcomes arising from non-compliant use of its products.
11. Indemnification
The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Linda Paradis Group and its employees, agents, successors, officers, and assigns from and against any suits, losses, claims, demands, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) arising out of or related to: any claim based on negligence, breach of warranty, strict liability in tort, breach of contract, or any other legal theory; the Buyer's use of the products; or the Buyer's failure to comply with any obligation contained in these Terms and Conditions.
12. Governing Law
All disputes regarding the legality, interpretation, application, or performance of any order or these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by applicable law, including its conflict of laws principles.
